Rub them together for ten seconds, then massage your breasts in a circular, inward motion for ten seconds. After the ten seconds, rub your hands together again to produce more heat and energy and repeat the process. You will want to repeat this process for three hundred counts in the morning and at night.

If you want to add a more powerful punch to the mix, add a few drops of wheat germ oil to the palm of your hands before each time your rub them together. Not only does wheat germ oil also help with blood flow, it is also full of vitamin E which helps lift your breasts and keeps them firm.

Eat More Fennel Seeds

Hormones play a vital role in maintaining your bust size. The more estrogen you have in your body, the more developed your bust size will be. While you are on your path to healthy eating, incorporate more estrogen full foods. Fennel seeds are an excellent source of estrogen and can be used in multiple ways to maintain your breast size. For instance, you can boil them in a pot of water and use the oil to massage into your breasts, just as you would with the wheat germ oil. Or, you can drink it as a tea twice daily.

To make fennel tea, simply boil two teaspoons of fennel seeds in a pot of water for ten minutes. When the water comes to a boil, strain out the seeds and drink what is left.
